If you don't see the video, then:

1. Install FlashPlayer
a). For Internet Explorer
b). For other browsers
If you don't see it after that, please check the security settins of the player in: Control Panel->FlashPlayer icon
Advanced tab->delete all.

You can change the vew size by using those buttons

Если и после этого вы не видите видео, то проверьте установки защиты в программе FlashPlayer :
